How do I ensure I am buying the correct filter size for my coffee maker?
Melitta filters are categorized by size (e.g., #1, #2, #4, #6). Please check your coffee maker's manual or the basket size. Generally, 8-12 cup cone brewers use #4 filters, while smaller pour-over sets use #2.
What is the shelf life of Melitta whole bean and ground coffee?
Our coffee is vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness. Once opened, we recommend storing the coffee in an airtight, opaque container in a cool, dry place and consuming it within 2 weeks for optimal flavor.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are Melitta coffee filters compostable?
Yes, our paper filters are 100% biodegradable and compostable. You can place the used filter and coffee grounds directly into your compost bin.
What is your return policy for brewing equipment?
We accept returns on unused brewing accessories and machines within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee products.
